By purchasing an Arogya Dhansampda plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Product. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Your plan provides benefits as described in the plan details at the time of purchase. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions stated in your membership agreement.
Plans are available to Indian residents. Family plans cover the primary member and their immediate family members (spouse and dependent children up to 25 years of age).
Your plan activates within 48 hours of successful payment. You will receive a digital card and confirmation via email and SMS.
To avail cashless benefits, present your digital OPD card at any partner facility. Benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder(s).
Plans do not cover pre-existing critical conditions (during first year), cosmetic procedures, dental (unless specified), or treatments outside India.
Plans are valid for one year from activation date. Renewal reminders will be sent 30 days before expiry. Benefits do not accumulate across years.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
