Refund Policy

Arogya Dhansampda's refund and cancellation policy for all plans.

1. Cancellation & Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase, provided no benefits have been utilized under the plan during this period.

2. Partial Refund

If benefits have been partially utilized, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the discretion of the Company, minus the value of benefits already availed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued if: more than 15 days have passed since purchase; if any hospitalization claim has been processed; or if the card has been used for cashless OPD visits.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@arogyadhansampda.com with your membership ID, reason for cancellation, and bank details for refund processing.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
